why no one of the two transistors in a differential pair never enter into saturation?

This is the principle behind which the Emitter Coupled Logic(ECL) gates of the Logic families work.
BECAUSE of both transistor are same character so total current flowing through emiter resistor this current in constant(called tail current) when diff input is given either transistor collector current increase another decrease
Based on the inputs, i.e. common mode/differential mode, the transistors will be saturation.
