To detect change in freq of a signal

I'd a input signal whose freq is changing in 2 step (high for some time low for some time). i'd to detect this change in freq of i/p.

Dear manoj One thing u can do is to store that signals value in a flop when it is high. U have to be very precise abt, what is the signal, does it meets the setup time , if not then that would not work. Thanks regards
