cud anybody help me out by letting me know the difference between rtl code and behavioral code

In behaviorial code we will specify the behaviour of the model.we won't bother about how it will be implemented.the tool u r using will decide it. Always it is better to do coding in RTL.

RTL code includes both dataflow and behavioral description and more about the code which infers memories can be described as RTL level coding

rtl code includes both behavioural and dataflow modelling.
