CMOS Body Effect

Due to body effect ,the two MOS in series ,the upper MOS will take a threshold voltage that is equal to threshold of below MOs and of its own,how the drain of the upper MOS is getting the flow of electrons from the below MOs,please explain from the MOS constructiuonal dig.

What actually body effect is ? And how it effects Vt?
Hi, body effect and flow of electrons are dif. dont get confused.Due to the body or source being in diff. potential (source being higher than body for nmos)leads to body effect which will increase the vt for that fet. now coming to the electron flow.any electronic device has to abide to the law that at any space the number of electrons is constant.so for current to be there electrons continuosly move from one point to other keeping the number at any point to be constant.
