hi,,

i got lots of answers but still i m not setisfied wtih those.

HOW can u implement 2 input AND gate using 2 input XOR gate.

also     2 input OR gate using 2 input XOR gate.

SOMEbody give me hint like this

a+b=a xor b xor ab

if ab=0

somebody telling me to draw xor using 4 nand logic than make one line high(1) and apply A and B as other inputs in this case we r using three inputs.

can anybody solve for me

thanks and regards..........

I think the question should have been that using a mux implement AND, OR, XOR, NOT gate(s).

Hi,
We cannot make and AND or an OR gate using XOR its not possible. Xor is not an Universal. gate

Regards

I too have a doubt regarding the above question. If XOR can indeed realise AND and OR gate then it has to be an UNIVERSAL gate since it can implement not gate by making one of its terminal '1'.The solutions
which i got from other sources are wired AND and OR
stuffs, but iam not convinced yet.Somebody please clear the doubt.
