Analog and Digital

Well including SystemC is a very good suggestion and I think we should involve some more topics along with that .Strong contenders are 1.Analog and Circuit Analysis (base for Vlsi) and 2.Logic Design second may not be needed as it comes under verilog but former is formidable to neglect since many are found wanting here.Guys what do you think about this ?

hi praveen, i recently( 1 yr back) did my btech from NIT Trichy and presently working as R&D engineer(circuit design) in IBM blore.bye
ya that will bw also good but my main concern is can any user can create a seperate section like perl, verification rtl..... like that or do we need to contact some person for this? do qnyone have idea on this, once we confirmed the space and everything we can consolidate the section list then start processing the activity. please let me all other views on this regard.......
Hi, I think we should have a section for Perl Q and A also. what do you think?
This is what I think: we have too many fields here which makes it harder to navigate and look for questions/answers. I think CMOS, SEMICONDUCTORS, and FABRICATION could be clubbed EDA Tools and Place and route could be combined. VHDL and Verilog can be together. As Venkatesh told we could include Analog, Logic Design/Timing Analysis We should probably let the webmin know about this. BTW Venkatesh where do you work?
Yes that's also correct, almost 50% of any SOC will be analog, and for sure we need to have a seperate group for that. But how to open a new caterogy?
