pls help me???

How to calculate maximum operating frequency if Tsu=3ns, Th=1ns, Tclk-skew=3ns,Tpd=10ns,Tcomb=2ns?? when skew should be considered for calculating Fmax??

skew shd be considered for the adjacent ffs or ffs where there &nbspare conncections for the data to affect the subsequesnt ffs.******************************* tclk>=t_su+t_combi+t_clk_to_op - t_skew. note skew can be nefgative or positive. this is just a straight fwd interpretation from the ckt.you can get this by urself.

the minimum pulse width of the clock should be Tclk-Q + Tcomb + Tsu + Tclk-skew
