Sense Amplifier

Hi all! I have a proj for SRAM design.n now I'm stuck with Sense Amplifier Design. I have decided on Differential amplifier with Current source load , ie Diffrential amplifier with current mirror as load but i'm not able to find the design euations anywhr. i have looked thru several books viz:rabaey,Boyce baker li etc. Can somebody here suggest me a book or website ..anything ,I will be truly G8ful. i have studied some offset reduction techniques for sense amplifier. i am requesting you to send the offset reduction techniques for sense amplifier, what you have.

just have a look at the amplifier ckts in sedra and smith .it is the same ckt that u will use for sense amplifier except for that diff amp. actively loaded mos are used for sense amplifeiers and i think u can derive the eqs. right away just substituting the relevant bias values and knowing the second order effects like channel length modulation for the amplifier operation sedra and smith will help u for sure.
