While designing CMOS OPAMP dow do we decide which one is inverting and which one is non-inverting input?

hi, you can count the number of inversions from the input to the output by checking if the transistor that you are passing is in CS/CD/CG configuration. You will have an inversion only if it is CS, so that means if you have 3 CS and 1 CG from input to output, it is the inverting input. Shefali
hi, Anyway u shd know the internals of the circuitry so as to decide upon the ip qualifier. because the diff o/p of the first stage can be taken in two possibilities and this only decides which one is the inverting and non inverting. in general u can take anything since two trans are indentical but the diffop shd be taken accordingly.
