Capacitor


A capacitor with # 103 printed on it. What value does it represent? thanks, Snehal

103 is same as 0.01 uF. 103 represents 10 raised to power 3. multiply that no. by 10*10exp-6. so 104 represents 0.1uF etc.
ignoring the body effect we can make the trans. in series to be as a single with w/l divided by the no of trans(as u said all are eq sizes) and parallel trans as a single with w/l multiplied by the no of trans and then it is nothing but an inverter . p.s:always size the trans for worst case conditions.
