my Q.is that what is major difference b/w vhdl and vlsi.if i want do the project on this so  what is the preferance reagrding vhdl.

vhdl is a programming language (Very high speed integrated circuit hardware description language). Very-large-scale integration (VLSI) is the process of creating integrated circuits by combining thousands of transistor-based circuits into a single chip. vhdl is a step in this process.
