am going to connect rfid and rfmodem.rfid baudrate is 9600 and rfmodem baud rate is 19200.so i have designed uart rx for 9600 baudrate and uarttx for 19200 baudrate.i.e i hav designed two baud rate generator (9600 and 19200).one is for rx(9600) and another one is fot tx(19200),but its transmitting the datas.but i got only junk values..i dint get correct datas..any body is willing to help...?

This is  sync problem.

Make sure that rx clk is syncing proprley with respect to incooming bit speed.
