Can anyone let me know: Q. Design a Transmission Gate based XOR. Now, how do you convert it to XNOR

That was funny...I mean Dunlam talking about latch up when we are talking about someother thing . May be,he wanted to tell us that he knows what "latch up" means.! Sandeep.
Hi dunlam, What has latch up to do with the conversion of XOR gate to XNOR.
or you can just put an inv at the your output of the xor...
No, that is wrong. Latch up problem has nothing to do with wrong output. Latch up is when you have a spite voltage or some extra current that forward bias the P N device in the circuit, which creates a postive feedback loop. It will burn your circuit because of the too much current is trying to get through the loop. and yes, there are lot of info in the web about it... or we are using different terms...
This is different from process to process.... It doesn't have to 2.5 times...
give a to i/p of 1 trans gate and !b to control of nmos and b to pmos. give !a to i/p of 2nd trans gate and !b to control of pmos and b to nmos. join the two.to get xor to convert that to xnor just connect !a to 1 and a to 2.
