Sequential D-FlipFlop

Can anyone let me know: Q. What is the function of a D-flipflop, whose inverted outputs are connected to its input ?

Hi sekar, The resultant function will be a T flip flop. D = Qbar.

16 bit counter, mod 1 bit.
