pmos done under P well process

For N well
first take P substrate
coat the surface with silicon di oxide
create a n well by injecting n+ ions in p substrate
Do boron implantation
In the n well create heavily doped regions n+
take leads for source, gate and drain
finally define contact cuts

For p well everything is same except first taking the N substrate
