SRAM SIMULATION

hi friends i am simulating 6t-sram cell.i want to know how to calculate subthreshold current of the sram cell . the tool which i am using is mentor. thanks

Anyways what are the sizes of the transistors in the SRAM Cell. How does the size of PMOS Pull Up transistors (for bit & bit- lines) affect SRAM’s performance?
