what is bicmos?what is uses for bicmos?plz explain the what is difference between acmos and bicmos?

when cmos and bjt is used altogether in a circuit it is called BiCMOS circuit. CMOS have several advantages over BJT like low power dissipation,high gain,low &nbsparea requirements etc. but only CMOS circuits are slower and so the BJT comes in circuit with CMOS.
